QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related fields in a reputable university,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in all HR functions as a generalist (Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Organizational Development),
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • Outstanding analytical and proven reporting and data analysing skills,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint),
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Job Description:

  • Primarily responsible from Recruitment, Training and Performance Management System,
  • Managing multiple priorities along with special projects of HR,
  • Maintain employee files and other employee related information as required by laws and regulations,
  • Responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems,
  • Actively participating in compensation and benefit processes and payroll activities,
  • Assisting the development of Human Resources Policy and Procedures,
  • Follow-up KPI monitoring systems in HR and to develop action plans for continuous improvement,
  • Taking responsibility for coordinating activities to ensure HR compliance to the standards for regular audits,
  • Maintaining an up to date and effective data system for the HR department,
  • Providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative in the responsibility area.
