Working with business line managers to understand the business needs.
Responsible for all functions of the HR processes including performance management, development, recruitment
Identify training and development programs with a view to enhance productivity, building internal capabilities and quality
Taking active role in performance management system and providing guidance to business units such as objective setting, evaluation meetings, feedback sessions, development plans
Manage communication and employee engagement activities
Conducting career planning, appointment processes and preparing career roadmaps and programs. Assuming proactive role on developing talent pool
Conducting or taking active part in employer branding activities including onboarding, orientation processes etc.
Support implementation of employee wellness programs (health and fitness programs, rewards & recognition, etc.).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent & Career Management, Organizational Development and other HR processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Proven ability and comfort in thinking outside the box
