QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Hawkshaw Food is a sister company of Pimlico Confectioners based in the UK. We are looking for a "Food Export Operation Specialist" to be employed in Istanbul – Beylikduzu office with the following qualifications.
Your Role
· Making shipment organization based on customer’s orders.
· Following and organising clients’ orders delivery, loading, production complete with manufacturing plants
· Following and having great knowledge of EU and USA food and custom rules changes
· Effective communication with export clients about their orders’ processes.
· Preparing export documents.
· Follow up export process with the customs broker and internal departments (logistics, customer service, quality).
· Follow up shipments with transport companies.
· Sending original shipment documents to customers.
· Follow up payment processes and terms about the customers’ invoices.
· Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding them to the finance department.
Your Profile
· Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineer, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field,
· Min. 2 year’s experience in export operations (food experience is preferred),
· Good knowledge of MS Office programmes (Excel-Word-Powerpoint-Outlook)
· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
· Good team player, strong communication skills,
· Analytical thinking
· Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
· Active Driver (B class minimum)
