What are my responsibilities?
Uses remote communication channels video chats, telephone, social media to interact with customers,
Secures personal touch point to identify, follow up and close business opportunities,
Provides information to customers and/or general sales,
Analyses end customers' needs and may support their decision-making process,
Investigates and pre-qualifies customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact,
Hands over selected high potential customers to partner sales representative,
Handle a sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities,
Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to achieve goal / meet customer needs,
Maintains/exceeds phone calls, IMs, email, connect time and pipeline activity goals as set by management team,
Achieves a minimum of daily 50 dials, 50 emails/IMs, 2 hours connect time.
