QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Export Sales Specialist for our company, which is producing and marketing Textile Chemicals and Industrial Lubricants.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Textile / Chemical Engineering or related.
  • Preferably having experience on selling of Chemicals, be familiar with chemical products and their related applications, could do new business and product developments & sales in this regard.
  • Having experience on sales management, collection management and customer management based on determined sales targets,
  • High level English knowledge with especially good speaking and writing skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively,
  • Having knowledge and experience on export procedures and legislations, foreign trade and international transportation legislations and applications,
  • Having proficiency in computer, IT and internet subjects,
  • Inclined to team work,
  • Ambitious, hardworking and solution-focused,
  • Having high communication skills are high,
  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally travel is not disabled,
  • Having driver license and driving experience,
  • Completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Carrying out the sales activities of the product group for which he/she is responsible, carrying out all kinds of communication with the customers,
• Organizing export shipments, to manage operations, preparing foreign sales trade documents, preparing all stages related for orders (order form, proforma, letter of credit, shipping documents etc.)
• In addition to the management of the existing export customer portfolio, gaining new customers and to operate in new markets,
• Representing our company at international and domestic international fairs, following international fair organizations and governmental inducement processes,
• Producing projects on the responsible field,
• Making periodic plans and reports to the management, determining export sales targets, preparing export sales budgets, following up receivables and to carry out all other related transactions.
