QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are an Exclusive Distributor of leading global manufacturers of Ingredients; designed, patented, produced and addressed to the Industry of Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Food Supplements, Detergents & Winery.

At this stage, we are presenting our Local Office in Istanbul in order to introduce, promote and supply Fragrances to the Turkish Market, following our Distribution Agreement with a Global Fragrance House/Manufacturer.


Back Office oversees the administration and logistics of the office in Istanbul.

The candidate must have knowledge of import/customs clearance process –he/she will organize deliveries to customers and execute all back office operations such as assisting with inventory control , assisting and supporting management.

Job Description

Managing and following the import, customs and warehouse operations and purchasing process

Assist and coordinate with sales and finance departments to ensure best results in operations

Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Support all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to preparing shipping documentation (like invoices, purchase orders and bill of lading)

Organization of international logistics and customs service providers

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.

Strong knowledge on customs legislation and ministerial import permits

Solid experience on import operations preferably in fragrance and/or raw materials in cosmetics industry.

Knowledge of Turkish foreign trade and customs regulations

Knowledge of ERP operating systems and MS Office software

Ability to work as part of a team.

Service mindset to ensure customer satisfaction/resolution.

Very good command of the English Language is a must.
