QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities
/ Coordination in a multinational environment of customs clearance operations and transportation operations of production materials, finished appliances, investment items, and samples on time and with targeting optimum cost and in accordance with the existing legislation
/ Communication and coordination between material supplier, warehouse, service providers, and internalcustomers
/ Supporting purchasing about service tenders by preparing tender specifications and with decision inputs
/ Responsible for tracking of updates in customs legislations as well as supporting other departments for customs legislations as well cross border logisticsactivities
/ Supplier performance management with logistics service providers (customs agencies, forwarders, ports, etc.) for process improvement and supplier development (involves collaborated studies and meetings with LSP)
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computersciences
/ 3 years of supply chain experience in import is anasset
/ Fluent English is a must, the second language is aplus, opento use robotic process implementations, digitalization within theorganization
/ Knowledge of Customs & Foreign Trade legislation and customs clearance procedures, logistics and customsoperations
/ Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving and conflict management within theorganization
