QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Lignadecor is a leading company in plastics sector. We are a manufacturer of Edgebanding and Melamine Papers for the furniture and wood-based panels industries.
We operate out of our modern plant located in Istanbul, Turkey, with a team of 400 people.
With an annual production level of 14,000 tons, we are the second largest producer of edgebanding in Turkey and the fifth largest in Europe. With an annual capacity of 75 million square meters, we are the largest independent impregnator in Eastern Europe.
We are growing every year, and our focus is to replicate our success in the local market in other countries. As a testament to our expansion this year, we exported more than two-thirds of our production to 50 countries around the world. Now, we are looking for a IMPORT SPECIALIST to support our international business and will be responsible for following qualifications below.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Associate or Bachelor's degree from a related department
· 5+ years of experience in a similar position within a Production company
• Knowledge and experience on customs, DİİB and foreign trade legislation
• Good planning and communication skills,
• Decision making and problem solving ability
· Organized, result-oriented , multi-functional
· Fluent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare all documents for customs and other authorities
• Organize import shipments documents
• Ensure delivery of orders to markets in a timely manner within the company rules and regulations
• Preparation and follow-up of the documents related to the import transactions, sending to the customs and transport company
• Compliance with foreign exchange legislation (Prepation document according to the accreditation)
• Coordinate with customs brokers, insurers, banks and transporters
• Ensure communication with relevant public institutions and organizations
