QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics
- Minimum 2 years experience in Foreign Trade (import)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP import module
- Developed planning and organizational skills
- Strong business follow-up and control skills
- Quality- conscious, task- oriented
- Open to change and development
- Working in cooperation and compliance
- Ability to analyze
- Strong communication skills and high persuasion skills
- Residency in Izmir
Job Description
- Organizing and following up the transportation, warehouse and customs processes for the products to be imported
- Communicating with foreign suppliers regarding import transactions
- To follow up and control of payments, to prepare the payment lists
- Doing necessary entries to the SAP system
- Ensuring that customs clearance activities are carried out in accordance with legal regulations
- Preparing periodic reports on processes
