To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a temporary Import Customer Representative who will be a member of Customer Service department, in our Izmir office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience in a liner shipping or freight forwarding is a plus
- Experience in import customs procedures in liner shipping is a plus
- Being customer and service oriented, having attention to details
- Systematic and efficient way of working
- Good team player
- Open for changes and improvement
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
- Identifies the route that will move containers from the beginning to the ending location.
- Prepares and provides all necessary documents to the related offices such as invoices, bills of lading.
- Addresses customer problems and deals directly with customers regarding their shipment.
- Monitors workflow to assure that all required actions are done in a timely manner.
- Works with related departments.
- Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments.
