QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for "Sales Support Representative" who is responsible for assisting relevant Field Sales Executive and responds all kinds of requests from the customer in timely manner.
Your tasks
Ensures data entries of all freight offers into the system and makes daily status updates
Controls and reports all kind of offers from the customer, forwards acquired customer to related operational unit.
Contacts customer within the same day after all bids are given and queries the status to ensure actions are taken according to the responses received positive or negative, and gives information to the Field Sales Executive.
Forwards acquired customer to related operational unit.
Searching new customers and directing potential customers to the sales representative
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in related areas.
Experience in preferably related business (customer services, logistics sales / sales support).
Strong communicator and solution oriented.
Stress management.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Office Programs user experience.
No military obligation for male candidates.
Residing in İzmir.
