QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently (self-motivated, process oriented) with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work within high-performing teams and highly collaborative to meet challenging deadlines
- A proven track record of international project management, including running a technical development team
- Background in root cause, bottleneck, impact and another process (not systems) analysis methods.
- IT Audit knowledge and experience is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Work effectively under pressure
- Energetic, dynamic, responsible, proactive and confident
- Experience with contract management
- Hands on experience with Firewalls, Routers, WAF, Load Balancers, Classification, DLP, MFA, MDM, Systems Hardening, SIEM and knowledge for best practices/applications in the market
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certification is a plus,
- Hands on experience with Vulnerability / Penetration Testing,
- Strong knowledge for GDPR, KVKK and other IT Related Legal Compliances
- Strong Linux and Open Source Platform knowledge, NIST etc.
- Holding at least 2 of the following certificates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead IT Cybersecurity Projects,
- Responsible for CIRT management and the Cyber Security Contracts including SOC
- Managing Firewalls, WAFs and other Cyber Security components,
- Conducting Awareness trainings and Phishing Campaigns,
- Publish weekly and monthly progress reports to top level management, Regional and Head Office
- Collaboration with Regional CISO,
- Ensuring that the Infrastructure and the Systems are up2date and fully aligned with global-corporate standards
- Ensuring the PDCA Cycle is
- Implementing best Cyber Security practices to the company
- Documenting the processes, projects, designs, related incidents,
