QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
In line with FIBA's information security strategies, the Security Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership in designing and prioritizing information security operational standards and processes within the subsidiaries and applying these standards to the security infrastructure of IT / OT systems.
In accordance with business vision and strategy of FIBA Group, protecting information assets and technology components, identifying risks related to these assets, detecting anomalies, implementing related safeguards or measures, leading third party operation teams, establishing necessary control in terms of compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards are main description of the position.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and updating of the information security strategy in accordance with the vision, strategy and business plans of Fiba Group and the necessary legal obligations.
- Developing and implementing the necessary security protocols, policies and procedures to meet the logical and physical security requirements in terms of security operation.
- Considering the technical requirements of the service received from third party security operation teams, tracking the metrics, analyzing the outputs and determining the actions to be taken.
- Preparing and controlling the budget for security operations in order to ensure the high quality of information security services and the execution of its operations.
- Developing and managing processes to ensure the security of confidential and sensitive information.
- Monitoring security incidents to evaluate security incidents and recommend a plan of action, preparing and presenting reports of security incidents and ways to limit their recurrence.
- Overseeing the planning of security operations during major incidents and the coordination of personnel during an emergency.
- Recruit and train security personnel in accordance with security rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Excellent leadership skills, the ability to maintain focus and direction in an uncertain environment
• +10 years of information security experience in a regulated industry and multidisciplinary experience in security operation and program management.
• Strong communication, ability to manage team, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective project coordination, prioritization and on-time project delivery
- Practical experience in operating EPP, EDR, DLP, SIEM infrastructure and SOC processes.
- Related certificate (CISSP, CCSP, CISM) designation is a plus.
