We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, fast-learner Information Technologies Manager to join our technology team in our journey to provide basic financial services to millions of people.
More Specifically, You Will
· Manage A Ödeme Information Security program including security policies
· Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship and manage the team
· Interview, hire, train, coach, mentor, assign work, appraise performance, reward, and improve employees
· Participate as a member of the Information Security team leadership in developing and maintaining A Ödeme Security Strategies
· Oversee the architecture and operation of Information Security systems and critical processes, including: centralized logging, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, penetration testing, SIEM care and feeding, data loss prevention, encryption and key management, alert response, incident management, and audit support
· Ensure that security is being adequately addressed during application development and deployment
· Assist in third-party vendor management and oversight
· Identify, create and maintain security-related documentation
· Maintain ongoing knowledge of information security technologies for new projects
· Maintain and ensure confidentiality of company, client and employee data
· Attend and participate in staff, project and vendor meetings
· Take actions for security incident and report to board level
· Experience managing and monitoring on SIEM tools (Cryptosim , Guardium etc.)
What We Need From You
· 4 years experience in Information Security or a security-related field
· 2+ years experience with managing others
· Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written)
· Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other information security rules and CBRT , BLSA information technology regulations
· Demonstrated understanding of business requirements/drivers and ability to integrate into security initiatives and projects
· Knowledge of software development lifecycles and philosophies
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Experience coordinating initiative efforts across geographically dispersed offices and project teams
· Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Expert attention to detail
· Ability to produce clean, concise diagrams and documentation
· Business Continuity and Information Security Related Certifications (ISO 22301, ISO 27001, CRISC, CISSP, CISA etc) is a plus.
· Experience working within Agile framework and continuous delivery/integration
