Position: Information Technology Manager

Coordinating the activities to ensure service continuity with the system and network teams affiliated to it, ensuring the faultless and regular operation of all systems and infrastructure with business continuity.

Role and responsibilities
- Managing IT consultant team with responsibilities for IT infrastructure, business applications, and communication systems,
- Implementation and execution of the company’s global information security strategy
- Implementation and integration of required information security services and systems
- Monitoring of implemented systems and management of outsourced services
- Ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure used are effectively planned and in line with change management procedure
- Plans the IT strategy in accordance with the company's goals
- Arranges for the publication of Information Technology governance policies and procedures, as well as updating and improving them.
- Designs infrastructure services (System Management, Backup, Network, Security, and so on), oversee their implementation, monitors their upkeep, and coordinates the necessary coordination in the resolution of problems and requests related to these services.
- Management and follow-up of contracts, annual budgets, and vendors
- Coordinating the outsource management and inspection for their own domain
- Coordinating activities related to Information Technologies Security management, choosing products on the data center part and the user part, performing the installation and management, providing support
- Determines and monitors service levels (SLA) for technological infrastructure services and works to improve them on a continuous basis
- Manages the processes for ensuring compliance with laws (KVKK, 5651, etc.) in IT services.
- Follows up on projects in the field of Information Technology and ensures that they are completed on schedule
- Performing an active role in IT hardware, software, budgeting for service purchases, product selecting and testing
- Designing and documenting the IT processes according to the ISO standards, leading the transformation of the existing processes
- Performing designing, installation, product selection by having an active role in new operations or improvement projects
- Implementing advancements parallel to requests which has been given by internal users and solving problems
- Undertaking data backup activities in accordance with the backup plan and reporting
- Reviewing the performance and capacity of IT infrastructure and regularly reviewing their current status, making action plans
- Reviewing and updating the procedures/standards/instructions relating to the processes under his/her responsibility in accordance with the relevant laws/legislation, regulations
- Undertaking configuration management activities intended for IT infrastructure components.

Profile
- Prefer having bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent,
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in System , Network and ERP management
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Effective and positive communication skills,
- Multitasking and self motivation skills.
