Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Ensuring the compliance of our infrastructure with the highest level of security imposed by our sensitive business activities and industry standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards),
Planning the performance and capacity of our infrastructure for the next 3 years, under specific and complex constraints, to sustain potential and sudden peaks of transactions
Keeping our platform constantly up-to-date while respecting the ‘zero down-time’ expectations of our customer base, tolerating no ‘system maintenance’ even during night or week-end
Check and perform audits’ requirements periodically including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests along the year
See the big picture, constantly imagine future scenarios and create strategies to sustain competitive advantage
Be a role model for collaboration, teaming and cooperation across the organization.

Skills we'd like:
Graduated from Computer/Electronics or IT-related engineering departments
Demonstrated IT experience and ability leading Infrastructure or Data Center teams required
Experience delivering a broad range of IT Operational services such as Enterprise Networking, System Architecture and Data Center operations
Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and delivery
Experience managing key vendor relationships with demonstrated benefits to the business through strong relationship management
Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and quality in IT delivery, support and compliance
Fluent in English
Ability to work under stress with a proactive mind set
Experience in a critical 7/24 environment (always available)
Ability to depict high & low level infrastructure via MS Office
No obstruction for travelling
For males candidates, military obligation has to be completed
Has strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and stress resistant capability
