QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Information Technologies Executive to work in our Information Technologies Department at our production facility located inAnkara Başkent OSB or our Head Office in Istanbul.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Computer Engineering or related departments of universities,
- At least 5 years of experience in system management,
- Good command of English,
- Prone to teamwork, strong planning and communication skills,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Must be able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Analytical thinking, developed problem-solving skills,
- Willing and open to development in researching and learning new technologies,
- Preferably have knowledge of ISO 2700 information security management system applications,
- Competent in ensuring the adequacy and up-to-dateness of hardware infrastructure, backup, restoration and validation of computerized systems,
- Management of servers, monitoring and continuity of backup and resource usage,
- Ensuring that the operations to be applied in computerized systems are carried out according to the procedures, instructions and protocols,
- Positive communication skills, prone to teamwork, strong organizational skills and business follow-up,
- Having the ability to analyze and troubleshoot the problems that occur,
- Able to work alternately in Ankara and Istanbul locations,
- Those who live and can live in Ankara or Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure that the in-house computerized system validation (CSV) documentation and approach is in line with GMP, GAMP5 data integrity,
- Having experience in laboratory equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ),
- To make all documentation related to computerized system validations, to make periodic reviews, to follow up changes, to keep systems and related documentation up-to-date, to conduct validation studies for newly established systems,
- To validate and keep up-to-date on production and laboratory equipment with computerized systems,
- Creating and improving IT processes and determining compliance-related processes according to Information Technologies management standards,
- To ensure that the procedures, instructions and protocols to be applied in computerized systems are carried out according to the documentation system (Qmex workflow & documentation management application),
- To have knowledge and experience in the management of Linux and Microsoft server systems (Sql, Oracle, Active Directory, Wsus, Exchange, Dns, Gpo, Power Shell etc.),
- Ensuring the management and follow-up of relevant modules, having knowledge of Sap S4Hana ERP processes, • To have knowledge about VMware ESXI, HyperV virtualization systems,
- Having knowledge about Firewall, Network, Wireless and Security infrastructures,
- To have knowledge and experience in ITIL-based issues such as IT system management, reporting, risk management, problem/change/incident and alarm management,
- To have knowledge and experience in creating documentation, policy making and Standards for the Information Technologies Department.
