Skills and Qualifications

· Experience with IT Service Management products,

· Experience with Infrastructure & Application monitoring products,

· Knowledge of vendor management,

· Technical know-how about fundamental IT infrastructure,

· Know-how about IT requirements of an IT support team/organization,

· Scripting skills; C#, python preferred,

· ITIL Foundation certification is preferred,

· PMP certification is preferred,

· Strong communication skill, customer focused and proactive,

· Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,

· Strong technical documentation and verbal/written communication skills,

Job Description

1. · Responsible for analyzing, configuration, development, integration, supporting and

maintaining of service management & monitoring products.

1. · Working close with internal customers and vendors.
2. · Analyzing needs and transforming to technical solution.
3. · Designing and implementation of business process with related applications
4. · Providing procedures and necessary standards for effectiveness of management systems(ISO 27001, ITIL processes exc.)
