Job Description:
The Information Systems Responsible execute projects and manage serial life of information systems in his/her scope. He/she contributes to the change management, signals to the project actors the requests for changes and malfunctions, provides the end-user assistance in his expertise with the use of software, during roll-out or in serial life and advises to the end-user to use his software tools well and helps to solve any difficulties he/she encounters.
He/She,
- Plans and manages the realization of the whole project with internal or external resources
- Analyzes business needs and he/she is responsible for functional and technical specifications
- Organizes the choice of a solution (software package, development, ...) in relation with the end-user and in coherence with the technical policy.
- Estimates workload and cost of the project
- Defines and supervises the realization of prototypes and functional tests
- Coordinates and lead the entire project team
- Ensures compliance with deadlines and costs
- Manages the relationship with the supplier (s) (from the signature of the contract to the final validation of the project)
- Deploy the new application or service.
- Manages the maintenance and the user support of the applications
- Capitalizes the return of experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in engineering, mathematics, and information systems related field)
- Very good English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking
- Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Excellent team player, effective at communication and relationship management as well as always maintaining a positive attitude
- Residing or able to reside in Bursa.
- No military obligation for male candidates
