QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Yazaki Systems Technologies liaison sales specialist with focus on Customer Project mainly in Turkey
  • Main local point of contact for OEM , Tier1 , Tier 2 customers, primary contact for carrying out agreements with the customers
  • Processing of RFQs, establishing and submission of quotes
  • Cooperation with, coordination and support of other Yazaki Systems Technologies departments for cost relevant issues (e.g. warranty claims, logistic premium costs)
  • Monitoring of timing and costs of project related sales topics (e.g. accounts receivables)
  • Yazaki Project Management System & GPMS GATE Reviews, Supporting LBP Preparation, Monthly Accrual & F&C related calculations, Customer Satisfaction Surveys etc.
  • Project related work with Customer's supplier portal
  • Keeping customer data in Yazaki Systems Technologies ERP system up to date


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with an emphasis on Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience related field
  • Extensive user skills in SAP
  • Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office Applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work customer oriented service approach
  • Male candidates should have completed military service
