QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a 'Sales Planning Specialist / Assistant Specialist' to be located in Bursa or Küçükçekmece, İstanbul
General Qualification
- Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in planning, reporting, and analysis processes,
- Excellent command of both English and German
- Proficient in Ms Office programs, especially able to use advanced excel, preferably proficient in Axapta ERP program
- Having a customer-oriented working discipline, prone to teamwork,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
- Able to adapt to dynamic working environments and flexible working hours,
Job description
- Entering the order information from the sales unit into the system,
- Working in coordination with production planning and providing necessary information,
- Ensuring the follow-up of the process by communicating with the sales unit and the customer,
- Carrying out customer visits,
- Creating and analyzing data for forecasting studies,
- Preparing central and regional reports on a monthly, weekly and annual basis,
- Carrying out process improvement studies integrated into our ERP system that will contribute to the management of sales channels,
