QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Brusa Seating,

with current workforce of 450, manufacturing passenger seating solutions for commercial vehicle sector,

is looking for candidates to be employed as part of export sales team.

  • Graduate from University from related disciplines.
  • Good command of English, German language will be plus (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Able to travel internationally on frequent basis.
  • Experience in automotive environment is a plus.
  • Secondary citizenship is considered a plus for ease of travel.
  • Customer focused, result oriented and capable of analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skills and team working ability is essential.
  • Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail is necessary.
  • Presentable, able to represent company at customer locations internationaly.
  • Experience in customer service in international environment.

  • To visit customers regularly and be proactive in sales increasing projects.
  • To report to regional group leader.
  • To do continual market research for related area and look for ways to improve turnover.
  • To do continual customer analysis and look for growth through existing customers.
  • To participate in international exhibitions in relative industry.
  • To follow customer accounts receivables.
  • To coordinate customer orders, quality issues and pruduction as and when necessary.
  • To look for ways of cutting costs in terms of sales activities and logistics.
