GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are seeking an “Information Systems & Technology Director” to join an ambitious team in Sofra Compass Group;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science required; masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills in English (interviews will be conducted in English)
- At least 15 years of experience in IT, with minimum 5 years experience in a similar management positioN
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and management skills
- No restriction for travel in and out of country
- Driving license (class B)
- Leading the digital transformation, actively originating and shaping digital opportunities with the clients and within the Company
- Ensuring the management of all IS&T projects and activities within and outside the group in communication with all stakeholders
- Establishing IS&T budget and ensuring compliance with the budget
- Continuous monitoring of new solutions and applications, technological developments, good practices and competitors in a way to support digital transformation and ensuring their implementation for the benefit of the Company,
- Ensuring the establishment, management and auditing of all internal and external IT security parameters
- Determination of IS&T standards, sharing of best practices, joint determination of vision and strategies with Global Team
- Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
- Ensuring the sustainable operation of hardware and software infrastructure, services and programs
- Following and directing SLAs and new technology purchases with suppliers
- Ensuring the harmonious, efficient and motivated work of the connected teams and employees
