What you will be doing:
· Follow all Regional office and industry standard guidelines and requirements e.g. PCI, IT Audit, GDPR etc. Implement policy and procedures to guarantee data and assets availability, integrity and security as per the company standards and ensure business continuity
· The process of maintaining an ongoing level of engagement with key stakeholders. Contacts computer vendors and technical advisor for information.
· The process of providing and managing IT infrastructure e.g. networks, server, software, hardware, etc. across the organization in order to fulfil business requirements and needs.
· Control the security aspects of IT Systems. The process of setting, implementing, and updating data security strategies and plan to ensure responding to vulnerabilities and retrieval of data in timely manner.
· Assure that at all times the systems are kept secure from both internal and external clients. Keep anti-virus files updated
· Interacts with user departments to establish needs and operating systems
· Assists other department with computer related problems
· Trains staff on computer operations
Your experience and skills include:
· Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, wired/wireless network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
· Experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
· Firm knowledge and understanding of the following software packages: Hotel Property Management (Opera), Micros,
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
· The ability to understand the financial data and operations of the department.
· Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
