Responsibilities
· Graduated from related departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering/Programming, Mathematics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems)
· 5+ years experience on management of Information Technologies team,
· Working knowledge of business applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES),
· Experience in Server, Network, Network Security Infrastructure management and client applications
· Experience in Information Security Management and ISO27001
· Experience in SQL database and .Net platforms,
· Knowledge and open to new technologies like Data Analytics, Machine Learning and AI.
· Fluency in English
· Not related to military service for male candidates.
Job Description
· Responsible for local IT Infrastructure, hardware and software requests and resolve the requests within the established SLA or escalate as needed.
· Perform network and system troubleshooting and maintenance of local IT systems
· Comply with policies on IT systems
· Preparation and support for IT audits
· Budget planning and contract management in cooperation with central IT
· Providing support to existing applications,
· Local IT purchasing and ordering of external services
· Test and maintain applications to support the business operations
