QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

You will play a role in the up-to-date, uninterrupted and high efficiency operation of systems where critical processes are operated, andin improving and developing the company's technology infrastructure.
Duties:
To ensure the Administration and security of Windows and Linux operating systems,
To carry out daily operational works,
Virtual and physical server installations and management,
Ensuring that the systems within the scope of responsibility are operational 24/7,
Performing server installations, configurations, periodic checksand maintenance, patch and update operations,
To follow and manage System Backup processes,
To ensure business continuity and to test and develop Disaster Scenarios
Fault, problem and change management,
Managing, updating and maintaining Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange systems,
Administration of Office 365,Azure and Amazon etc. platforms,
Realization of performance, configuration and capacity management,
Meeting information security needs in the field,
To manage the suppliers and external resources related tothe services and systems under its responsibility, to increase the service and product quality
Skills required:
Preferably graduated from Engineering faculties
5 years of experience in the field
Preferably have knowledge of operational and legislation related to data security
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Ability to stand/act calmly and competently under high pressure and stress
Have strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills,
Skilled in project management,
Strong communication skills, responsible and result oriented,
Having regular and disciplined working and reporting habits,
Have the dedication and responsibility to adapt to busy and flexible working hours,
Open to learning, self-development,
Knowledge of Service Management and ITIL processes
Experienced in MS Windows Server roles and services,
Having knowledge about and managing Linux operating systems,
Having good command of Server&Client Architecture,
Knowledge of IIS, Apache etc.,
Experienced in Active Directory service management and troubleshooting,
Having knowledge of Microsoft Exchange management and troubleshooting,
Knowledge of the Administration and configuration of Microsoft O365 and its services, preferably its management,
Having knowledge of virtualization technologies and experienced in VMware products,
Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Office365, Amazonetc.),
Knowledge of backup systems, previously used an enterprise backup solution (preferably familiar with Comvault Enterprise Backup)
Knowledge of Storage and SAN Network systems,
Knowledge of SQL database, preferably its management,
Basic knowledge and experience in Network and security infrastructures
