An IT Support Engineer monitors and maintains computer systems and networks. ... Title must respond and resolve the support requests and service tickets. This is a part of his/her job to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
IT Support Engineer will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. He/She will also be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA
