IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

An IT Support Engineer monitors and maintains computer systems and networks. ... Title must respond and resolve the support requests and service tickets. This is a part of his/her job to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications.

IT Support Engineer will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. He/She will also be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA

Responsibilities (On-site / Remotely)

  • Install and configure software and computer systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
  • Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
  • Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.

Qualification / Certification:

  • need at least an associate degree in computer science or a related field.
  • ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrators (MCSA) may be preferred.
  • · Good written and verbal communication skills as Turkish and English.
