QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- ADVANCED ENGLISH SPEAKING & WRITING COMMUNICATION SKILLS

-CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH ENGLISH SUCH AS BUSINESSES, SOCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL REASONS WILL BE CONSIDERATE FOR THE INTERVIEW

-Collect all the details of the patient's medical inquiry, get an excellent understanding of the patients needs and expectations

-Provide information on medical procedures, qualifications of surgeons, credentials of clinics/hospitals

-Liaise with the medical team in Turkey to confirm the patient's suitability for the surgeries enquired and provide a price estimate for the medical travel package discussed with the patient

-Perform regular follow-ups and price negotiations to convert quotes into sales

-Assist patients with their aftercare enquiries in liaison with the aftercare team in Turkey

REQUIREMENTS:

-Flexibility in working hours and days including weekends

-Organisational skills, multi tasking expertise, interpersonal skills, communication skills, self motivation, persistence and performance under pressure
AVERAGE WAGE: 8.000 TRY - 15.000 TRY
