Within GEN, we are looking for a "IPC Team Leader" to work in the "Quality Control" department of our factory located in ANKARA ASO 2nd and 3rd Organized Industrial Zone.
Qualıfıcations:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,
- Minimum 7 years of Analytical Laboratory experience in Non-Sterile & Sterile Pharmaceutical industry,
- At least 2 years of experience in Team Management in Pharmaceutical IPC,
- Good leadership skills and experiences,
- Knowledge of cGMP& cGLP and SAP&QMEX,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment,
- Proficient in devices such as pH Meter, Density, Balance used in the laboratory,
- Team working and customer-oriented mindset,
- Good analytical thinking skills,
- Tong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Good command of English is required,
- Residing or able to reside in Ankara,
Job Description:
- To ensure that GMP requirements defined by EU GMP&FDA are completely and effectively implemented,
- Responsible for all aspects of health, safety, quality, and environment at the responsible area,
- Planning the work plans of the IPC team,
- Review, evaluation and approve of analysis results,
- Release the IPC from SAP system,
- Reporting of monthly laboratory datas to Quality Control Manager,
- Leads laboratory investigations and ensure that finding root-cause,
- Support team members to perform right time in all analysis and documentation,
- Protect privacy of documents and methods used.
