Operating Job Description preparation process
Operating the preparation and announcement process of organization charts
Operating white collar recruitment process, start - exit process of employees and status change process of employees
Taking part in performance and reward management projects, talent management and training planning
Supporting the training activities such as defining needs, developing programs, measuring effectiveness in conjunction with personal development plan and organization needs
Preparing and publishing job advertisements on company web site, career web sites such as Linkedin, Kariyer.net etc., reviewing resumes, making offers and reference checks for candidates
Conducting new-employee orientations; monitoring career path program
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving in voices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees
Periodically conducts statutory, buyers and private compliance audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards.
When compliance problems arise, conducts investigations to discover the roots of the issue.
Work closely with the legal team and make sure compliance related licenses timely renewed and updated.
Ensures require and adequate legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compliance related laws and regulations.
Monitor and manage HIGG requirements.
Stays informed/updated about environmental standards/requirements and makes sure a company operates within those standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or other relevant departments
Min 5 years of experience in all HR functions especially in learning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits
Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels
Team player with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
Possess the necessary enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed with the discipline to achieve significant results for the organization

Knowledge of labour laws and legislation
Having an excellent in writing and talking in English
