RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Human Resources Manager in the implementation of business culture, policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Human Resources Manager for staffing studies.
- Establishment of the wage system. Supporting the Human Resources Manager.
- Recruitment and orientation training of selected personnel
- Taking part in the establishment and commissioning of the performance evaluation system.
- Ensuring the reporting by conducting resignation interviews.
- Keeping the turnover rates up to date every month and reporting them at the end of the year. Planning and organizing studies to decrease turnover rates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University undergraduate degree
- Proficient in English
- Well-versed in MS Office programs, advanced reporting skills
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Developed communication, organization and coordination skills
- Strong communicator, analytical, careful, disciplined, solution-oriented and responsible
