EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• University Graduate (English Business, English Economics, English Labor Economics etc.) - Fresh graduate

• Knowledge of labor law and legal processes

• Preferably with Management System Standards certificate (ISO 9001-14001-45001-22000 etc.)

• Fluent in English (able to attend meetings abroad and respond to incoming e-mails in English)

• Able to use MS Office programs at a good level,

• Male candidates have completed their military service,

• Able to submit a Criminal Record Record when requested,

• Those residing in Çorlu or Ergene/Yeşiltepe and working in Sağlık Mh.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

· In accordance with the rigor and discipline of the food industry,

JOB DESCRIPTION

· To ensure that it is maintained in line with the Labor Law No. 4857, SGK, İŞ-KUR, Incentive Practices and other labor legislation. (personnel selection/placement process, personnel files, procedures, training records, OHS/health records, vocational trainings, pdks, payroll etc.)

· To follow all the new legal regulations and legislation related to the personnel, to propose and implement the necessary regulations for the company, to inform the manager on time about the developments in this field.

• Ensuring that the SSI employment entry-exit, monthly workforce schedule and the relevant institutions are given, to make the necessary inspections and controls.

• To carry out all kinds of correspondence and transactions with SGK, Ministry of Labor, Regional Labor and Employment Agency and all related institutions.

• To follow the training planning and process. •

• To plan the timely renewal of the personnel's periodic training and health practices.

• Implementation and reporting of survey applications.
