Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
HR related experience, preferably in a multinational working environment, for minimum of 1 year,
Good command of MS Office applications (Proficiency in SAP HR Module is an asset),
Good command of written and verbal English,
Ability to communicate and build relationships with others using people skills,
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others,
Knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law & Legislations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support all steps of external recruitment process according to level of the position (job advertisement, interviews, reporting, reference checks, job offer & onboarding),
Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status at the local HRIS Software and SAP,
Supporting the organizational development activities (Organizational charts, mandatory trainings, soft-skill trainings, accredited trainings etc.)
Supporting accurate and timely processing of all payroll functions,
Day to day HR operations, reporting, documentation support for the employees for the entities under his / her responsibility.
