QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
  • HR related experience, preferably in a multinational working environment, for minimum of 1 year,
  • Good command of MS Office applications (Proficiency in SAP HR Module is an asset),
  • Good command of written and verbal English,
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with others using people skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others,
  • Knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law & Legislations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support all steps of external recruitment process according to level of the position (job advertisement, interviews, reporting, reference checks, job offer & onboarding),
  • Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status at the local HRIS Software and SAP,
  • Supporting the organizational development activities (Organizational charts, mandatory trainings, soft-skill trainings, accredited trainings etc.)
  • Supporting accurate and timely processing of all payroll functions,
  • Day to day HR operations, reporting, documentation support for the employees for the entities under his / her responsibility.
