LAGEDO was established in 2020 with a mission to bring to our country the future’s technology in tyre recycling. We use the most advanced technology to decompose the end-of-life tyres into its components with no negative impact on our ecosystem. We then return the valuable materials they contain into the circular economy.
At Lagedo, we are now on the look for a HR Professional with the following qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Being a key point of contact for HR related topics.
Providing day-to-day leadership on a variety of actions including employee relations, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development, compensation and benefits, organizational consultation and office management.
Being responsible for facilitating process of candidate selection, interviewing, and candidate on-boarding.
Contributing to personal development of key talents and individual cases in line with internal systems and values.
Meeting organization's legal and contractual obligations and assisting in work force planning and management.
Setting KPI’s, and leading HR activities to support the achievement of plant performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
University degree in Business Administration and/or related departments
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
Firm grasp of the plant HR policies, standards, rules and procedures
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Collective Labor Agreement, Social Security Act
Strong inter-personal communication & planning and organization skills
Solid analytical background
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluency in English
