We are now looking for an Inside Sales and Ex - Works Operations Specialist to be employed in voestalpine High Performance Metal A.Ş. located in TOSB, Gebze, Kocaeli.
Job Description:
Inside Sales
· Planning the orders and registering them in the system.
· Following the status of the orders alongside the production department.
· Informing the customers about the shipment organization.
· Ensuring coordination between the customers and the company.
· Following the documents regarding the sales process.
· Preparing invoices.
· Transferring customer complaints from CRM to the relevant departments.
· Preparing sales related reports.
· Sharing possible delays / problems with his / her supervisor and the customer on time to find alternative solutions.
Ex- work operation:
· Managing overseas orders of distributors and ex- works customers.(direct customers)
· Following the complaints of direct customers.
· Visiting customers.
· Finding new direct customers.
· Acting as a bridge between Austria and the direct customers.
Required skills
· University graduate, preferably from engineering departments.
· Fluent in speaking and writing English.
· Experienced in sales / sales operations at least for 2 – 3 years.
· Experienced in order planning.
· Analytical, result oriented, careful, having planning skills.
· Expert in MS Office programs.
· Preferably having experience in an ERP program.
· Having good communication skills, team player, open to development.
· Customer oriented and patient.
· Having completed military service (for male candidates)
· Residence in Gebze or nearby or in Istanbul Anatolian side.
