QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Physics, etc.)
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills,
• High analytical thinking, monitoring and planning skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The person working in this position will deal with insulation materials such as adhesives, tape types, surface protective films and various foams.
- Research and development activities of related materials and alternatives,
- Creation, updating and tracking of technical drawings and technical data of the material group for which she/he is responsible,
- Execution of sample studies and test processes before the use of materials in mass production,
- Follow-up of the production feedback and suggestion system of the material group and concluding the submitted requests,
- Creating solutions for requested technical criteria in new projects.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
