QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree, preferably in Logistics Management
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of equipment controlling
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Very good in follow-up
- Customer oriented
- Self motivated and dedicated to work
- Result-oriented
- Strong in planning and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Military service completed for male candidates
Job Description & Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, potential customers, owner-operators and core carriers
Plan and execute customer deliveries
Monitor the location of the fleet using system tracking or calling drivers for check calls
Proactively communicate with customers on any potential service failures and create action plans to avoid issues in the future
Manage vendor relations
Manage equipment, including chassis and containers
Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed correctly and on time
