GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least 2 years experinced in International Sales&E-Commerce & Category process
· Excellent comment of English both written & spoken
· Strong communication skills, customer oriented with commercial poinf of view
· Good planner and well organized and able to meet Project deadlines
· Strong analytical thinker and fast problem solving skills
· Having good level of MS Office
· Able to work in a team with interpersonel skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Researching e-commerce business development and growth opportunities, conducting feasibility and risk analysis studies.
· Monitoring& reporting regulary e-commerce business world developments, consumer behaviors and competitors.
· Researching of market opportunities and new ideas and collaborations, making fe feasibility studies (cost and P&L analysis, brand collaborations, bank and payment provider agreements, etc.),
· Determining the e-commerce sales targets of the related countries, preparing sales budget by aligning with the relevant teams and reporting the actual sales and profitability data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Making campaign effectiveness analysis together with the relevant teams (sales post analysis), present to Top Management
· Consolidating marketplace data (weekly and monthly) if there is a Marketplace operation already existed in the current country.
· Monitoring E-Commerce stock, sales operation and IT development.
· Creating campaigns suitable for new and current customers aline with the relevant teams in order to increase sales.
