JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidates who speak advanced English should be able to communicate one-to-one with the patient and make comments between the doctor and the patient,
- Must be able to adapt to an extroverted, positive and stressful working environment, Compatible with flexible working hours,
- Arranging the patients’ hotel stay and their transfers from the hotel to clinic
- Guiding patients throughout their stay in Antalya , including from the hotel to the clinic
- Assisting patients and translating the necessary information to both the patients and doctors
- Welcome new and existing patients. Communicating with the patients and learning about their specific dental needs and goals.
- Supporting the patients throughout the process.
- Set a follow-up consultation with the patient and present the treatment plan.
- Be available to answer any questions pertaining to dental care, treatment and payment options.
- To be a coordinator between the patient starting from their first contact to our clinic until they go back to their homes.
- To accompany them during their stay, help with their medical need in coordination with the doctor
QUALIFICATIONS
-Native or Fluent in English(will be tested)
-University graduate
-To be patient, smiling, solution-oriented, Presentable and confident
-Willing to work around flexible hours including early mornings.
-Ability to communicate effectively with our surgeons, nurses and the clinic staff
-To manage the crisis by using customer relations
-Planning, organization, coordination, follow-up skills
-Giving importance to patient satisfaction
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
