QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

loveturkey is a travel agency and service provider specialising in travel to Turkey. For our operations in Antalya, loveturkey we need new team members for;

  • Interact with patients through a variety of communication channels such as inbound emails, phone calls and social media
  • Provide patients with various and proper information about the products, services and Clinics
  • Answering patient questions in a timely manner and alleviating patient concerns by having proactive approach
  • Assisting patients to find their treatment solution in an explanatory way in order to clarify which treatment may be fit their conditions
  • Following templates continuously to address patients enquires
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
  • Scheduling patient appointments according to both parties’ availability
  • Arranging transfers and accommodations for patients
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending improve procedures
  • Handle patient needs to ensure a satisfactory
  • Establish communication with the TL regularly in order to maintain operational goals
  • Keep records of all type of communications in CC database in a comprehensible way
  • Ensure personal qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Complying adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in trainings and striving to increase and improve existing skills
