QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Description:
We are an American-based tourism agency, operating mainly in Turkey and Europe. Our company has a tour sales division and a conference organization division. Our company is currently looking for a young, vibrant, intelligent person to join our team. The position will focus on assisting the MICE Director with administrative tasks, sales procedures, operational support and email/social media marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
Use photo and layout programs to design and organize proposals.
Input proposal/contract details into CRM
Interact in a professional, fast, and clear manner with our customers in fluent written English.
Assist with rooming list/transfer list organization using spreadsheet programs
Assist with payment tracking
Database maintenance
On-site assistance during conferences/events

Skills Required:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
Warm, friendly, professional interpersonal skills.
Attentive to details.
Able to listen and respond to the customer’s requests.
Excellent computer skills using Excel, email, Word, Powerpoint.
Experience with Apple MAC computers helpful, but will also be taught on the job.
Able to communicate and work well with Operations and Management as a team.
Flexible work schedule to respond to customers needs within each day.
A 4 year college degree in a relevant field is desired, but a 2 year college degree or current student will be considered.
