Smile Dental Turkey company provides medical tourism services since 2018, we specialize in arranging dental treatments for patients travelling from all over the world.
We are looking for Junior and Senior patient coordinators.
Job Description:
Patient coordinators main focus will be managing positive patient experience and doctor-patient communications. Patient Coordinator dedicated to international health and domestic patients who will work closely with the medical staff to manage many aspects of patient care, pre-surgery, in office, and post-surgery. Excellent customer service skills are highly valued as is a professional and polished physical presence.
Responsibilities:
Welcome new and existing patients. Communicating with the patients and learning about their specific dental needs and goals.
Supporting the patients throughout the process.
May conduct diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and work with the dentist to organize a comprehensive treatment plan.
Set a follow-up consultation with the patient and present the treatment plan.
Be available to answer any questions pertaining to dental care, treatment and payment options.
Requirements:
Native or Advanced level of English (will be tested)
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare (for senior candidates)
Presentable and confident
Willing to work around flexible hours including early mornings.
A very strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with our surgeons, nurses and the clinic staff
