QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

Our new colleague will assume the ownership role for the global accounts while driving the identification and qualification of opportunities, developing and executing global account & opportunity plans.. Tasked with bringing in new business with our largest customers. Develops, leads, and manages key account negotiations, as well as ensuring the company meets revenue quotas on a global scale. Develop target accounts and strategic initiatives to be a significant contributor to company’s global revenue growth in the defined.

Basic Functions:

• Collaborate with executive team to develop and execute company business strategy

• Develop and manage the overall strategy for Techno Fashion key licensee brands

• Build a strong network within the customer organization at all levels, including top executives. Develop strong, effective relationships with distributors/partners that help identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts

• Translate company’s strategy and priorities into new opportunities and joint innovation roadmap across entire Techno Fashion product portfolio

• Responsible for global revenue and profitability targets and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strategic account plans (short-/mid-/long-term targets) including a clear implementation plan and present to executives

• Maintains direct customer contact while demonstrating both the business development skills and ‘technical’ knowledge to make presentations, and lead customer discussions

• Manage regional countries and partner with management on sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth

• Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners that drive revenue growth

• Manage and execute order file for region across all seasons, brands, and categories

• Track monthly progress by country with finance team for each of the global partners

• Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets

• Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends

• Visit local markets with distributors to research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it is related to the brand to establish key objectives

• Research the market and identify new Fashion Lifestyle licensing partners that map to your brand portfolio and meet ABG’s Techno Fashion partner qualifications


Must Haves:

• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills

• Experience in new business development in licensing for Lifestyle, Beauty, Fashion, Technology markets

• Experience in full-cycle sales from lead generation through closing the deal

• Have knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories

• Possess an eager demeanor with a fearless and professional drive to win; substantial cold calling and other forms of outreach are required

• Success at negotiating licensing contracts, creatively developing new business ideas

• Able to partner closely with licensees to understand their business needs and explore opportunities for growth

• Understand licensing sales successes and challenges, key retail accounts, development plans and strategy

• Understand best practices for Licensees

• Has a bachelor’s degree

• Must be willing and able to travel occasionally as the role requires
