QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member who will work as an International Sales Representative (primarily will work for U.S market) at our company, IMEX GROUP.
Qualifications;
- Excellent Knowledge of English and speaking English fluently,
- Bachelor’s degree from a related department,
- At least 3 years of experience in international sales and marketing field (preferably experience in home textile and bathroom textile products, i.e: towel, bath mat-rug, bath robes etc.),
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Self-motivated, team worker, planning and organization skills,
- Good level of MS Office applications,
- Being able to work flexible working hours(because of the time difference) and work full time at our company,
- The ability to interact successfully across cultures,
- No restriction for travelling abroad,
- Military service should be completed for male candidates,
Job Description:
- Focused on marketing research and finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,
- Increasing the sales volume of the existing customer’s sales with new products,
- Analyzing and follow up the competitors in target countries,
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and quickly respond their needs,
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules,
- Organizing a business trip, researching new market places and attending a fair for increase our export sales,
- Preparing, monitoring and finalizing freight offers for existing and potential customer in order to achieve and exceed the sales target of lines with the determined marketing and sales policies,
- Working with the CRM system, creating and controlling records of the customer’s information and offers currently,
- Maintaining the process of export, custom and logistics and having knowledge about the foreign trade regulations,
- Confirming orders, preparing records and other important documents of the clients, following up to process of shipment,
- Analyzing the market, customers and performance with the management,
- Planning monthly and annual sales reports and targets,
