QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KARCAN CUTTING TOOLS;
Established in 1996, located in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, operating in the production and sharpening of 'cutting tools' for processing metal/non-metal materials used in the machining sectors, as well as working on increasing production, cost reduction and efficiency for its customers, is a company that offers both products and consultancy services, exports to more than 15 countries, and carries out Research & Development (R&D) and patent studies on the machinability of high-tech materials. In addition to being the only official R&D Center of its country amidst its sector, it is also the leading domestic manufacturer with more than 170 employees, machinery and measurement track, domestic market share, export figures and intellectual capital.
General Qualifications
- University degree in business adminstration, economics, International trade or a related field
- Fluent in language English (oral and written)
- Experience in Cutting Tools sales
- Knowledge of cutting tools industry and export-import regulations
- Strong multi-tasking ability and deadline-oriented
- Having good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Dynamic and sales driven personality with customer oriented approach
- Computer skills in MS Office Programs
- Ability/willingness to travel
- Ability/willingness to live abroad (England)
Job Description
- Visiting customers in overseas regularly and systematically, identifying trends, developing and understanding customer's needs and resolving their problems
- Developping new distributors and managing current distributors in overseas
- Preparing periodic sales reports, forecasts, detailed project lists, monitoring and evaluating trend movements and competitor activities
- Developing and executing sales strategy
- Managing all kind of supportive sales activities, such as order taking, stock management, cordinating shipment with logistic department.
