QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSİBİLİTİES

· Selling and marketing products/systems/ services to new and existing customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.

· Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and order executions.

· Regularly industry follow up for new trend Solution and potential future projects in different parts of the world.

· Creating added value for the customer and Kentkart and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicating details in accordance with Kentkart offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).

· Collaborate with Product and Solution teams for product marketing and technical designs

· Full pre-sales cycle involvement from requirement gathering and analysis, solution design, proposal to RFP / bid management

· Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.

· Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.

· Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting collection and project management activities when needed.

· Managing ERP activities for sales procedures.

· Preparing Financial and technical proposals in coordination with International Sales Department Manager. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of proposals, including prices and trading conditions.

QUALİFİCATIONS

· At least bachelor degree in Electronic / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

· At least 2 years’ experience in international sales (preferably electronic equipment, software)

· Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish, English and Spanish.

· Knowledge of Arabic and French languages will be considered a plus.

· Good command of MS Office.

· Being action oriented, analytical, giving attention to detail, communicate effectively, being customer, market and technical oriented, being able to manage projects while having intercultural sensitivity.

· No restriction for intensive travelling (both domestic & abroad).
