Job Description:
Brand / Product Management:
· Reporting to Global Trade Marketing Manager
· Acting as a key point of contact between Brand Marketing & International Sales departments to ensure timely execution of projects.
· Implementing global visual merchandising strategy and ensuring the strategy is in line with the displays and merchandising materials
· Working with agencies in developing stands and displays for placement needs of the brand in multiple channels.
· Preparing monthly trade marketing newsletters (promotions, new launches, pricing announcements etc.)
· Analyzing competitor prices in international markets, creating proposals and relevant action plans for key customers including campaigns and local projects.
· Monitoring and analyzing category/channel, competition, and market data in order to provide base for the business opportunities
· Developing GWP and POP materials
· Monitoring costs and working with budget.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
· Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing; retail and color cosmetics experience is a strong plus
· Possess a strong track record of managing multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
· Problem solver with strong strategic and analytical thinking
· Eager to learn, determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Extraordinary attention to detail.
· Fluency in English.
