  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a relevant discipline with successful academic record, MBA is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of consumer marketing experience in FMCG sector
  • Proven experience in campaign organizations, competitive analysis and market research
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Creative, innovative, assertive, dynamic and self-motivated personality
  • Determined, achievement and result oriented mind with high energy level
  • Successful team player with excellent communication skills and foster collaboration with other functions & departments, at all levels
  • High level of drive and energy to pursue company objectives
  • Compatible with flexible working hours

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Actively participate in developing marketing strategies as well as marketing plan and budget based upon company business objectives
  • Execute the projects and activities in the marketing plan and monitor the performance to take advantage of market opportunities
  • Manage the product category life cycle and the new product development process
  • Investigate domestic / overseas markets and trends, conduct retail and consumer surveys, analyze and interpret competition data and recommend action plans
  • Coordinate marketing activities with other departments and third parties; manage relations with advertising, media, digital and PR agencies
  • Coordinate the implementation of activities with sales team, follow sales and distribution performances of products
  • Create and follow social media plan with digital agency, manage social media, websites and blog content
  • Prepare, issue and present regular reports and presentations to ensure both internal and external clients are trained and motivated
  • Manage marketing expenditures ensuring all budgets are managed efficiently through regular tracking, evaluating and reporting
