The Role

We are looking for an International Training and Development Specialist who will be responsible for training and development activities within the scope of International Retail.

  • Identifying training and development needs,
  • Determining the methods and resources of the trainings,
  • Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, etc.),
  • Preparing the training and development plans and programs,
  • Providing the trainings,
  • Developing and implementing measurement tools,
  • Mentoring and following country training and development teams.


Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development activities, preferably in retail (Analysis of training needs, designing and developing training and development programs, measurement of training),
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must,
  • Experience of delivering training in English,
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
  • Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
  • No restriction to travel.
