Manages, controls, and monitors the activities in inventory control function, ensuring a smooth and consistent flow of products from Avon and local vendors to the warehouse – i.e. right product, right place, and right time,
Follow up, update, get action and report the main operational key performance indicators on the daily/campaign/monthly/yearly basis and maintain the stock levels, order fill rate, units fill rate, and out of the stock ratio in line with the targets,
Follow up the daily trend changes for every item to have the timely action for excess and/or additional supply to ensure product availability while considering inventory targets
Recommends new ideas to improve processes and creates control reports and procedures to better manage the process,
Supports daily operational analysis to solve problems, develops and implements control procedures,
Involves in new initiatives implementation and both local and global projects,
Works closely with demand forecast planning team to ensure the representative service target.

Qualifications
University degree in engineering,
More than 2 years experience in planning, deployment, project management, and reporting,
Knowledge of the logistics process is preferred,
Fluency in English,
High level of office application usage (Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
